1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 07 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Categories: Returns are available for products in Kids, Menās, Womenās, and Accessories categories, excluding any sale or discounted items (unless defective).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
- Items marked as āFinal Saleā or heavily discounted
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at hedgeovermall@hedgeovermall.com or call +923105160033 with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
- Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items that are returned in used or damaged condition.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or process a full refund.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at [your email address].
